Caran DAche Neocolor II Watersoluble Crayons- Set of 15- These phenomenal crayons are made in Switzerland. They are the absolute best watersoluble crayons that we have come accross! The colors are brilliant and they mix easily and beautifully with water. Drawings can be blended with a wet brush; or you can use them directly on paper that has been soaked in water. They are also ideal for monoprints- simply create a drawing on plexiglass wet your watercolor paper or printmaking paper lay the wet paper over the drawing on plexiglass and burnish with a wooden spoon. The wet paper picks up the Neocolor drawing from the plexiglass. An amazing and fun to use medium! Neocolor II sets come in convenient reusable tins. They are great for travel and for drawing and painting out in the field.
